Awesome park and amazing people. They fed 50 people a full Christmas dinner. Ham, turkey, all the sides plus dessert. Park is immaculate, staff are friendly and professional. Restrooms are fully supplied and sparkling clean.

Stopped in for 20 mins and then left. The campground itself looked fine and maintained for the most part. They seem to be really trying which is good. But the surrounding area gave me a bad vibe. Being that I'm a single women traveling by myself and my dog, I choose not to stay the night and kept driving forward to California. I'm sure it's perfectly fine for others, but I didn't feel comfortable.

This KOA is in the outback, so adjust your expectations. It's hot and gravelly, but welcoming, and professionally run. The facilities are in great shape and the shared "barn" social space is a treasure. At dusk, sit in the pool and watch the bats sip out of the water.

Welcoming and comfortable RV resort that feels kind of like a bed and breakfast. Despite this place being relatively small, the lodge is often occupied with people doing crafts, playing games, and watching TV together. Everything is super tidy and well-maintained including the most manicured cactus garden I've ever seen. I planned to spend four days here and ended up staying almost two weeks. The surrounding area is gorgeous and it was the first time I've stayed somewhere where I felt like I was truly in the middle of the desert. Lots of people at this park ride ATVs and there are loosely organized rides in the desert to geocache sites, old mines, and other points of interest. Seems like the main season is winter through April. After that it apparently gets very hot and people start to leave. I met people who have been going there every winter for more than a decade.
