Oh man—we had THE BEST time here for New Year's. Quiet, friendly, and convenient facilities. A highly unique community in the heart of the Arizona Desert. We can't wait to come back and stay for longer. We love it here. Off the grid living with charm.

So peaceful and laid back. I like the extensive library and clubhouse where you can get coffee and charge devices. There's some road noise, but not too bad. The showers are fine, 2 quarters was enough for a very long shower.

Laundry and dump was why we stopped.  Not sure about the water.  They have a sign saying use at your own risk.  We use bottled water so it didn't matter to us.

Beautiful location. Lots of wildlife and friendly people! I hesitate only because it's not crowded and I love it that way! Primitive - not for the faint of heart!

Coyote howls as a place to camp for the winter or for the year it's a real nice place it's clean and the people that run it are really nice
