We dined here for an early dinner before a concert. We also stayed at the Hilton, so it was a convenient place to eat. We sat in the bar area and really enjoyed our visit. Our server recommended they're drinks because they were all made from scratch (apothecary). Knowing we had a night of drinking ahead of us, we had to skip the drinks (had beer and sparkling wine) but went with his dining recommendations. My husband had the fresh catch Monchung cooked bronzed style. It was outstanding. I had the fish tacos with a firm chunky fish. The fish was firmer than I would like so it tasted a little dry. The server forgot our clams appetizer but we never mentioned it when our food came out. We would definitely return though because everyone was friendly and the fresh seafood was outstanding.

Saltine is a perfect location for fine dining! Very romantic place to take a significant other. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and they accommodated us well! They have a great wine selection and their food is really good! It’s kind of on the pricey end but it is a great ambience for a romantic evening. The supervisor went out the way to provide my girlfriend a dessert on the house for her birthday and had a candle. Great customer service and dedication to every individual that walk through the door. Highly recommended!

Good food selection friendly service. The bartender we had was amazing and the drinks were really good. He was a professor at making drinks. Our waitress was very good putting up with stupid jokes. This is a good place to take your girlfriend or wife on a date.

Our server christi was incredible. She was very kind and helpful. The food was magnificent and came out hot and quickly. Will definitely come back soon

Amazing. Started the day with lunch upstairs at Varia and then sat and chatted over wine downstairs...had so much fun talking that we stayed until dinner @ Saltine and had WONDERFUL oysters. The service, the food, the wine selection, the art was just fantastic. (Gotta be good when you stay in a hotel for 10 hours and you aren’t even staying there.)
