I came here for 50,000 mile services and replacing air filters. This time Ryan Maldonado helped me. He was very friendly to talk and also knowledgeable. Of course, he gave me the best service with checking up all details what I was really concerned about. Highly recommended !!

Highly recommend Odell Hadley as point of contact!! He turned an unexpected visit, having to replace a flat tire, into a great time. He was kind, funny, professional and fast! He checked up on me every part of the way. Really felt like I could trust and rely on him to make sure my vehicle was taken care of properly.

I had a fantastic experience at Volkswagen Santa Monica. It was time for my annual service, so I booked a reservation via their online platform (which was very easy and convenient). When I arrived I was greeted by the devilishly handsome Odell Hadley. He was incredibly helpful and attentive. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and had me out the door within minutes. My car was done within a couple of hours, and when I returned to pick it up, Odell was there to greet me and again couldn't be a more exemplary customer service provider. I hope to visit Volkswagen Santa Monica again for the next annual service on my Jetta, and I hope Odell is still around to ensure such a quality experience.

Excellent service!! I took my car in as a walk-in b/c it was overheating, & was helped by Matt Bell, who made the whole experience incredibly easy. He was friendly and so helpful, sorted everything out with my warranty company and even helped me handle the rental car through the on-site Enterprise office. Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, very impressed, highly recommend!!!
