Great service. Went in for my first car buying experience by myself and they all were super friendly and took great care of me. Collin was great and very helpful, and never pressured me. Jon was great at helping me get the exact car I wanted even though they didn't have it in stock. Nice atmosphere as well.

Ok guys you, I gave you MULTIPLE times over the course of 3 months to rectify my complaint.  Now, in good faith I can leave the review you deserve.  When I leased my car I was talked into purchasing a wear and tear insurance and told that would prevent any charges at the end of the lease.  I turned the car in in March and was told by Chris morales that no charges would happen and given his card in the event it did.  Sure enough charged for some wheel rim scratches.  I called and was given the run around about how to remove the charges for 3 months!!!!  No return calls from this guy either.  After enough of it, I called fiat who said they will send me a check.  Watch out, this insurance they try to sell you is a scam and a run around.  Bad business guys and I will never be back!

Truly hate it!  I love Alfa Romeo but the way they treat potential customers here is just awful!  I wanted to buy a Giulia 4 months ago so I started a chat on their website.  Still waiting for a reply!!! Bought an Infinitiq50 S instead.  They missed a sale and I bet they lose sales every day! Bad, bad, bad service!! It's sad to see that a brand that I truly love is being sold in such a horrible way!  Alfa Romeo is all about passion but that's something they don't understand overthere.
