W.I. Simonson left us STRANDED, without a car ALL weekend! Dropped our car off there this morning at 10:45am for routine service B. We were not told how long it would take nor their weekend hours. Received a text at 4:01PM ON SATURDAY that the car is ready. Checked their website and to our surprise, found out they close at 5 pm and are closed Sunday. If you live in LA, you know you can't get ANYWHERE, let alone to SANTA MONICA in 59 minutes. Called their sales office next door and the RUDE receptionist didn't care at all about our situation and just kept saying "you should've told them to bring your keys to the dealership". They didn't even have the decency to call us at 4:01pm and tell us "Your car is ready but we close in 59 minutes. Would you like us to take the keys to the dealership?" BUT NO. That was too hard. So now we're stuck until Monday without a car. You better believe we're making them pick us up Monday morning because we are NOT paying for our own transportation there because of their stupid mistake. We will definitely NOT be returning to this terrible location with zero common sense or customer service.

WI Simonson Mercedes Service Department provides impeccable service. Jason and Tim are absolutely AMAZING! They both went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience ever and I would highly recommend everyone to bring their Mercedes here for service. Jason and Tim are honest and extremely knowledgeable. A big thank you to everyone from the mechanics, customer service reps, the shuttle driver, the parts department, you are all AMAZING!

I had an awesome experience at W.I. Simonson. I worked with Sauharda who was professional, experienced and not the least bit pushy! He made the experience hassle free. Everyone I spoke to there was great. I went to several dealers while shopping and this one was by far exceptional.

We've had a particularly sticky problem since we bought the car and they've tried and tried to isolate it, but never got it to quite work. So this time, they gave us a loaner for several months and swore that it would be fixed this time. We said they could keep the car as long as it took and they went at it. And they finally got it. Great perseverance and refusal to give in to a gremlin that would not go away. Thanks for your refusal to give up. Great work. We felt really well taken care of.

I thank you again for the good service and the concerned attention to details for the servicing process.   It helps makes the Journey more enjoyable, as we all go through it,  when visiting a busy dealership's service department- This is my 16th year-  and not much to complain about - keep up the good work-  and again a Big Thank You....
