Just purchased my XC-60 and I love it!!! I owned 2 other Volvo's that were purchased at different dealers, but Santa Monica Volvo is by far the the best dealership and the easiest to deal with. 
Alyssa was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in making a car purchase a very pleasant experience. 
Marco the manager was very helpful and gave us the deal of our life.
Jim from finance was very professional and gave us the best rate and
a great deal on the extended warranty.

I purchase a S90 from them 12/16/17 first of all what a great car! Second the customer service second to none. Besides the very friendly managers my sales rep Christoper White has been awesome! He has answered numerous questions for me over the past 5 weeks since I bought the car. Never to busy to take a couple minutes out of his busy schedule for us. If you are considering a Volvo you will not regret it. Most important Christopher will greatly enhance the experience!

This is my first Volvo.  My initial meeting with my service consultant was great and I felt I was in good hands.  As the day progressed I started to lose confidence.  I dropped off my car at 7:30AM and the car was not ready until 5:30PM.  In the end I'm not sure the wheel alignment I had request was ever completed.  The alignment report I received was for a different car completely (different VIN).  My follow up attempts have yielded no results.  I am still waiting on a warranty part replacement.  I'm not sure how long a part takes to arrive but it's been several weeks and no additional ETA has been provided.  So far a disappointing experience for servicing a car I very much enjoy.

Thanks to Chris and the sales team at Volvo of Santa Monica, I had a truly great experience leasing my new XC60. I am a three-time Volvo owner, and have owned several makes of luxury brands over the last decade, but have rarely come across a salesperson as responsive, friendly, knowledgable and enthusiastic about any vehicle. After getting the run-around at my old dealership, Chris made an aggressive offer out of the gate and saved us both time and frustration, I showed up the next day with the car completely ready for me, the paperwork filled out, and the deal exactly as promised. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes - even after Chris took the time and effort to energy to customize every setting on my new car. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend Chris  and Volvo of Santa Monica for a new Volvo purchase.
