GREAT customer service (especially Dianna)! Honest! Fair! Knowledgeable! Weighed repair vs replace due to cost and instead of them trying to upsell a replacement water heater they were able to repair and it was EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE! I did my research, I also got quotes from the other 2 plumbing companies on the Island (bad customer service on the phone and quotes were ridiculous) Scottie's could have easily convinced me to just get a brand new water heater or they could have overcharged on the repair but they did neither! I would recommend Scottie's to EVERYONE on Whidbey Island! Thank you Scottie's!

Ugh Me Scott look at job. Send dumb dumb out to fix. Him too stupid and not real plumber. Haha you get big bill anyway.

My water heater broke and flooded our basement. I called a few different companies and scotties was able to come out the fastest. Scottie himself came and he was great. He was friendly with my children and worked very quickly. I bought my own water heater at Lowe's and figured I would have to open it and dispose of all the cardboard but when he was done he had cleaned everything up and loaded everything in his truck. SO EASY! Headache free! We then discussed nascar and racing and he was very personable and fun to talk to. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I'm sad to be moving... It's always nice to have a plumber/handyman you can trust.

Very disappointed! I hired Scottie's Plumbing 10 months ago to work on some pipes in my crawl space. Yesterday the pipes that they worked on sprung a leak and flooded my entire crawl space. I called them to see if they could fix it, and they told me I'd have to wait at least 2 weeks. First they did a bad job, then they refused to help make it better.
