Went there for the first time and the staff was very helpful! I had a question of where a product was and instead of pointing and telling me where it was the staff member took me directly to the item. The cashier was very pleasant and the prices were reasonable. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the parking lot was a sheet of ice and I kept slipping. I can't imagine what would happen if an older person was walking on it.

I do the bulk of my outdoor recreational shopping at this store, and it's the customer service that keeps me coming back. In particular Dave, Rob, and Mike in the archery department are exceptional. They are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of archery, and have done all the work on my families bows. It really is like walking into your local archery shop, which is a rare find in a large retail store. Thanks guys for all your help!

Happy to see such a great staff who seem to be interested in the consumers. Was also really happy to see the wide selection of guns and ammo here in our own state of Massachusetts at Cabela's. The Taxidermy is a little overwhelming but it is absolutely beautiful to look at. The fish tank is tremendous.  Was great to see people's pets also enjoying Cabela's. The warm nuts and fudge just add to the experience. We made a date night of it, we had a delicious dinner at the 110 Grill by our server Trisha, then hopped over to Cabela's and had a lovely time shopping. It's a great place for a date night. Thank you Cabela's for having all of our needs for any trip that we plan we will be back.

As the best place to come in shop local I had a long talk with John over at the firearm Department and we're pretty much went over regulations and everything that he knew that he could give me all the information and it was just a pleasant pleasant the staff here are very knowledgeable.

How much do you like to wait?  That's what this Cabelas will ask you, because that's all you do.  You can buy it off of Amazon and have it delivered before someone helps you here.  I've walked away from the gun counter on 3 different occasions because nobody helps you.  After waiting 20 minutes.  Checkouts are always a long line.  Worst Cabelas ever who have managed to lose thousands of dollars of my business.
