Awful... every step of the way. I will never buy from Sears again. Spent HOURS to order an appliance and mattress. They got the mattress size wrong. I tried multiple times to reach someone at the store... ring no answer every time. Transferred to international rep who was no help. Went into the store and spent another 90 minutes for them to fix the order. It's a total run-around, and their systems/processes for helping customers was ridiculously cumbersome. Computers not working - having to jump around to computers, financing run-around, etc. Nothing was smooth or easy. I can see why they're going out of business.

Haven't had anything but great experiences with Sears. I have purchased a dishwasher and fridge here. Both times were great and the delivery system ans service were reliable and easy. I have also purchased glasses from the optical center and was treated well. Great store.

Steer clear of this horrible place. The point system is a joke. It might seem like a good deal but if you ever return an item they will only give you points back and not refund you for the total amount. I am now out $100 because of their overly complicated scam they call shop your way points

Absolutely disgusted! We spent thousand in sears, in fact a whole kitchen upgrade! We purchased all the Master Protection Agreements. about a year after my refrigerator needed repair they came out 2 weeks after a filed a claim. I paid to have it fixed. Then in April 2017 it completely died and started to push heat. I lost over 400 dollars in food which they only gave me 250 for food loss. Then I had the tech cancle on me three times. It took 7 days short of two months to get someone out to fix it. Here I am into less than 24 hours of the repair and have my doubt of the appliance even working. They put in 2000 dollars worthsh of parts. They should have just replaced the dang thing. So disgusted we were hung up on, transferred to so many different people when trying to get answers. Then one of the call agents gave my husband a ref # so we could apply 160 dollars towards a mini fridge to help get us by and guess what?? No one knows what a ref# is or how to use it at sears. All I can say is BUY SOMEWHERE else. NOT WORTH IT.

Went in for the Store Closing sale, with refrigerators theoretically being 10% off. We decided to check JC Penney next door and found the same fridge for $800 less (and without the "10% off" deception). Can't be trusted.
