If you are looking for top notch quality products,incomparable service.beautiful store, informed employees,and most of all customer respect especially important to seniors,this is the place to go and shop till you drop.
Go on odd hours of odds days otherwise you will be overwhelmed by crowds of people with the same idea.
They even have validated parking.
This place is simply the greatest.

GO TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER APPLE STORE.

-By far the worst service I've ever had at an Apple store. 

-Was told that someone would be ready to see me in an hour. 2 hours later, still nothing. 

-A store manager (Jake, long beard) came up to apologize, but was extremely rude and basically blamed me for not realizing that the hour estimate was just an estimate. When I asked him, "Well, how would you feel if a restaurant told you it would be an hour until you could get a table and instead made you wait two?", he looked at me and said "I would have left..."

Will never make the mistake of coming to this one again.

Apple used to be the best customer service in retail. Unfortunately they have clearly grown too quickly and haven’t compensated properly for the influx of customers. I walked into the store on a Sunday afternoon knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase (Apple TV). It took an hour and 3 different employees to get the product into my hands and then to actually complete the purchase. It was a very cold transaction. The employees were mostly annoyed and unfriendly in the interactions and then annoyed that I asked for a printed receipt. To top it all off they didn’t even ask if I would like a bag for the item, and didn’t stick around long enough for me to ask for one. So I’m currently on the L holding my Apple TV because I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for a bag. The store is complete chaos with no method or rhythm as to taking customers. I never want to step foot in one of their retail stores again. They’re overcrowded and terrible, especially if you know exactly what you want. It’s really sad and I’m disappointed with how terrible their retail experience is now considering it used to be the best. Online only for me from now on.

What you expect from an Apple store in a major metro area. Come in looking for a genius and you’ll probably have to wait a while even if you schedule a visit. If you’re just coming in to buy, here is no shortage of helpful people looking to help you get in and out. Just come in with purpose and you’ll be fine despite the throngs of people getting antsy waiting for the Genius Bar to open up.

The Apple store is great. Customer service is good as well, but you should make an appointment especially if going on a weekend. I went to have a previously owned MacBook pro checked, and although quite simple, the wait was almost 2 hours.
