Poor customer service. I was asking the cashier about the crepe pan and she gave attitude when I just wanted to know if it was the right pan I reserved. However, it wasn't the right pan when I specifically told her the pan I found costs $30, she ignored my response.

Lots of great things for the home, especially the kitchen and bar, but their regular prices are steep.

Great service. Great people very helpful. Anything you need in kitchen they got it. 5 dollars to sharp your knives and your first knive is free.

Fun place to dream and try things out. The staff are tiny bit aggressive and the merch is pretty pricey. Not an everyday place, but I like to visit once or twice a year. Gotta say, we had an issue with a purchase and they bent over backwards to make it right, which was refreshing!

Extremely poor customer service.  If you want to buy from Sur La Table, buy from the Oakbrook store.
