Our experience here was not good. This was my first time looking for a wedding ring, and I've always heard Shane co has excellent customer service, so there I went. The sales associate who walked up to help us did a poor job of guiding us through the process, and I didn't know anything about shopping for a ring, so I couldn't ask for more specific assistance. The interaction left me feeling stupid and as though we weren't valued in the store. Yes, I am tragically uniformed about ring shopping. But, a salesperson should help inform a person like me about and through the process, not leave me feeling talked down to.

I'm sure this was a fluke for their sales team, but it was one that really ruined what I thought would be a happy memory with my future fiance by making us feel young and stupid.

I always get fantastic service when I go here! It's the only place I buy jewelry or clean it. Nobody can shine a piece of jewelry like Shane Co. I also love the fact that they never pressure me into a purchase. L9ve this company and this location!

Thank you for providing great trained sales associates.  Low pressure great buying experience.  We have purchased several pieces of jewelry from here and all have been great.  Thank your Mr. Shane for starting a 1st class organization.

The sales people here are really informative, and not really pushy at all either. Got My fiance's engagement ring here, and ended up coming back for the wedding rings too! Pretty unique stuff here compared to other places I've seen.
