So. I pay $150 a month for a warranty. I was in a pinch and needed a quick oil change for my truck. $53. It took a very long time. I asked about the problem with my aux cord. I was informed that it was a "whole radio problem" and when I asked what I was paying for regarding the warranty; he was very awesome about figuring out how to fix this. The dude was very nice, HOWEVER, I was told that he would need to run a diagnostic test to find out if the problem was covered by the $150 a month warranty and if it was NOT covered, I would STILL need to pay $40 for the test if the problem wasn't covered by warranty. It was sort of disappointing that there was no attempt to make this make sense to me. $150 a month on top of a truck payment for what I thought covered all of the electrical problems...and then an off chance that I ought to pay for a test that may or may not determine an issue that I could not have caused...not okay. The warranty seems pointless to me. And the oil change took forever, and I had two little kids with me. Ugh.

Great experience, very helpful staff answered our questions and assisted us on each step of the process. The more we learn about the Equinox the more we enjoy driving it. Our Equinox came with the Turbo Diesel, nice power, the fuel economy has been 31 mpg, a nice surprise and power what more could you ask for. Many Thanks!!

Went there with my son. My son is interested in buying a new truck in about a year. Got a salesman and told him that. We had a guy that was awesome. Took his time, answered any questions we had. Didn't feel rushed. Will go back when it gets closer.

Sid Dillon's changed me from avoiding dealer service to now accepting them as the ONLY place to go for service. Why?? How?? Simple ---- friendly, courteous, professional, honest fairest, nicest people EVER!!!!! Whether it is Service, Parts, Sales, Receptionist, Janitorial, ANYBODY you run into, it is going to be your best experience. I asked Blake & Sid Jr. What prompts them to provide excellence in taking care of their customers. They responded that their Father, Sid Senior, told them that if a customer walks away who is not happy, they must have done something wrong. You know???? It is great to go there and not have to experience the feeling that they are trying to rip you off!! They are absolutely AMAZING! & REFRESHING in this day and age.

Everything was done (recall and periodic service) in a reasonable amount of time and done correctly. Service manager explained purpose of recall.
