I was not very excited about starting my third day of car shopping. I was pretty close to calling it quits and only using an online source, but luckily Tyler changed my mind. He was very helpful and patient. I explained my budget and he did not try to push me out of it like other salesmen have done in the past. Eventually we found the perfect truck and i felt good about signing the papers. I will definitely make this my first stop when it comes time to buy the wife a new vehicle.

Took my 2013 GMC Yukon in for oil and filter change.  It was a good experience.  Everyone we encountered there was very friendly and helpful.  Not only did they change the oil, they replaced a worn washer on the oil pan bolt and washed a very dirty vehicle.  Cost was about $45 which I thought was reasonable. .l deducted 1 star because we were there for 2 hours and I felt that was a bit long.  They were busy however.  My wife and I agree it is worth the drive from Omaha.

Dear Sir, 
My sale person Rick was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. What disappointed me was the extra shipping and delivery cost that I had to pay. They were not hidden. It was explained that GM would not negotiate on these items. This should have bee a deal breaker for me, but it wasn't. I felt I got a fair price for me trade in vehicle, but should have gotten a better price on the vehicle I bought. I should have been a better shopper and compared with other dealers on the extra cost's to see what they do with them.

I get regular oil changes here.  Always friendly and helpful.  Service men always answer my questions.  They will always loan me a vehicle if I need while they do maintence on my vehicle.  If I wait while they do my service call, there is a comfy area with TV, coffee, and clean rest room.

Stars to the sales team for a great first impression.  I walked in looking to trade my 2010 Sierra for a 2017.  These guys are down to earth professionals who are not pushy and listen.  Their initial offer on my trade  fell within the fair price range I was aiming for-- no cheap low ball.  Their prices on new vehicles of interest were equally fair.  Unfortunately, their truck inventory was short at the time and did not have the color/trim combos I was looking for.  They were thankful for my time, and I walked with no hassle.  I ended up using their pricing as a standard to cut a deal at another dealership that had the exact truck I wanted.  The negotiations there were not pleasant.  In hind sight I should have dropped my color criteria and bought the truck at Sid for a much better purchasing and service experience.  Two thumbs up to Ken as my sales rep at Sid.
