I absolutely love Silhouettes for both their spa and salon! The esthetician, Darlene does an amazing job sugaring (gentle, exfoliating waxing which is far better than regular waxing) as well as the most relaxing facials. Definitely give Silhouettes a 5/5

I love this Salon. Darleen does my eyebrows and facials. She makes me look fabulous. She is gentle and professional. She uses the most amazing products. The staff at this Salon are all terrific.

Very nice people and Chellie (Michelle) is excellent with color and cut - everytime. I did a lot of searching to find a new hair-home and I have found it.

(I am only reviewing Maria that cut my hair.) Went to see Maria for a TRIM since I'd been growing my hair out for the past year and trimming it myself. I explained I wanted her to even it out in the back especially. SHE CUT OFF ALL OF MY HAIR!! A years worth of painstaking growing it out wasted. And then, get this, she tried to sell me extensions! She had the chair turned to the side while she was cutting it so I couldn't watch what she was doing. When she was finished she pointed out a few strands of hair that she left sort of longish on the side of my head, that had been thinned out to nothing, and said see I didn't take any length off! I guess she thought I'd look better in short hair (but could use some extensions?) I couldn't believe it when I looked at it at home. I thought I had made myself so clear! I went in for a consultation first and showed her a bunch of pictures. I came in with (finally) shoulder length hair and left with short hair (except for a few strands). I have thin hair to begin with and she thinned it out with layers so much more that I have hardly any hair on my head. And IT'S NOT EVEN A GOOD HAIRCUT! There are "holes" and unblended sections all over my head. I now spend 45 minutes every day trying to get it to look presentable. I don't dare try to get this corrected because I can't afford to have any more hair cut off! Believe me I don't ever post reviews and it's very hard for me to post a negative review. But this was so outrageous, and has had such a negative effect on my life, that I felt compelled to warn people about her.

Have only been to dye my hair. Wonderful service. I Have been going there for the past four years now and have been bleach blonde, brunette, and a red head and they have hit the spot every time.
