Overall, the inn is fantastic. The rooms are great, the location is wonderful, and the view is amazing. My only complaint is the lack of soundproofing. The trains are loud and you can hear the vacuum running in the hallway and the other guests showering. Beyond that, everything is fantastic. The restaurant is amazing. I was worried it would be overpriced mediocre food, but it was to die for. I will definitely come back, but with ear plugs.

I went here for my first massage ever (it was a long time ago) but I was so impressed from the moment we walked in. The tea room is so tranquil and a great start to the whole experience. This was one of the best massages I've ever had to date. It was worth every penny. It's especially nice going in the summer because you can walk along the pier outside before your massage.

We stayed here for New Year's eve and my birthday. We don't usually spend this much money, but it was a special occasion. We arrived at about 3:20 and the room wasn't ready yet!! The Seahawks were playing but they didn't have it on in the bar. Finally got in our room which was lovely. Dinner was good but when I made the reservation they asked if it was a special occasion so I said yes my birthday. Nothing was said at dinner so why ask?

The place is clean, the atmosphere is calming, the staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you come early for your appointment​ you can sit in the lounge area or in the Eucalyptus steam room. So very nice. I'm a repeat customer.

Stayed the for one night for anniversary and asked for the rose pedal package, was told they would have it all set up when I got there and had nothing set up. When I said something their respons was sorry we forgot but we will give you an $8 free desert. Ruined the mood expecting to have something done and nothing was there. Manager basically said screw you and felt an $8 desert was good enough to make up for no roses.
