Pat was extremely helpful. She taught us about different types of recliners, and how to best test them to find a chair that fit us, both physically and aesthetically. She answered all of our questions and helped us find really good deals, then explained the plans and things to us in a way that we understood, without sounding patronizing. It was a really good visit, and we're very excited about our chairs.

Very friendly customer service even though we walked in REALLY close to closing time. I would definitely go back.

I wasn't greeted when I entered the store however, I was on the phone so maybe that's why. They have an OK selection of things. This location is small. Nothing compared to Macy's in Edina or HOM in Bloomington, which are both in the same area as this Slumberland. The sales man said  they were the largest Slumberland so that was disappointing. He also said welcome back to me and said he remembers helping me in the past. I told him I haven't been there in probably 4 years and I never spoke to anyone during that time so that's hard to believe. Then when he asked for my name-- I purposely gave a nickname that only family call me-- he acted like he remembered me, again. I think it's a sales tactic. I get it. It was just uncomfortable when I know you've never assisted me before. I would say go look around but there are other options in area.

I saw a mattress online that I wanted to purchase so I decided to go to this location. When I got there customer service rep walked away and then came back and asked "Can I help you?" I was interested in the Dunlavy mattress. He told me that I couldn't take the mattress with me. Okay right there should have been a red flag!!  So long story short, he tells me what the price is and how this is the only mattress. I am in the process of setting up the order and I inquired about the $50 off $299 or more. He says no I can't use it because it's a hot buy. Well I just got the same GOSH DARN MATTRESS ONLINE WITH MY $50 OF A PURCHASE OF $299 OR MORE. Please if you look like me spend your money at another slumberland location or somewhere else where you are valued as a person and a customer.
