Had a very good experience with HOM Furniture in Bloomington. I would highly recommend working with Liz at this location. She is very personable, and will succeed in finding furniture that you will love. The delivery of the furniture we purchased went extremely smooth. The delivery drivers were very careful when bringing the pieces of furniture into the house. They also put the pieces of furniture together, and cleaned up the mess when they were done. I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase that we made. 5 out of 5 stars based on our experience.

Received great customer service from Esteban. No pressure and very helpful and patient while helping us to select options on bar chairs. Esteban provided all available discounts and warranty options. We received a very good price without dickering. After the sale, he followed up quickly with answers to the questions I had on package size. Thanks Esteban. HOM will be our first stop on future furniture needs... Steve

The store employee went over and above to help me choose the right chair for me but he didn't push. he gave me all the discounts I knew about an one I didn't. He was courteous and patient. Delivery was on time. The delivery people were polite,professional and prompt. I'll use HOM and HOM delivery again.

I have been having great experience at this place. Liz is really great! She is very systematic on taking care of customer. I actually gave her hard task to find a furniture of my desire. Her starting point, constant note taking, crunching numbers, providing different options, making phone calls to vendors, and finally her closing point: whole process was very systematic. I would also like to mention Kat who helped me choose couch a year ago. She is also really good at taking care of customer. In fact, I went there second time because of her excellent service.

We've made several purchases as this point (bedroom, living room, sun room, and basement x2) and we've been pleasantly surprised with the end to end service. They've rectified issues that have risen, price matched where necessary, and it's awesome having the choice between Dock 86 and HOM as we've found ourselves ordering items from both stores. The protection plan from HOM is excellent too. I recommend working with Madelyn at this particular store though.
