THE WORST COMPANY YOU COULD EVER USE, THEY WHERE LATE, AND I KNOW WHY! THEY STOPPED OFF AT THE LIQUOR STORE. TREMAIN IS A LIAR LIAR THERE ABOUT TAKING THEIR TIME SO THEY CAN BILL YOU FOR MORE MONEY. HE NEVER TOLD ME I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED FOR TRAVEL TIME. THAT CAME UP AFTER I GOT MY BILL WAY MORE THEN I EXPECTED TO PAY SO I DIDN'T PAY IT. IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY THEY WILL SHRINK WRAP YOUR ITEMS THATS MORE TIME TO BILL YOU. THE MORE TIME THEY SPEND THE MORE MONEY THEY CHARGE, AND ONE PERSON ON THE TRUCK MOVING SLOW MORE MONEY. STAY AWAY BLACK COMPANY AND THEY WONDER WHY WE GO ELSE WHERE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. ONE OF THE MOVERS SAID I'M TRYING TO SAVE YOU SOME MONEY SO WE CAN GET A NICE TIP. SO UNPROFESSIONAL MY TIP TO TO YOUR JOB ON TIME, AND DRINK ON YOUR OWN TIME THATS MY TIP.

Other than the crew being 6 hours late. DeWayne, Lamont and Doughboy were very quick, neat and accommodating. My couches were saran wrapped and every item was transported safely. Due to a previous client overriding my time window, I was given a generous discount. Terrance has better customer service than the older gentleman who was very short with me!

Arrived late.One guy smelled of alcohol . They stretched the job out.After I paid them l  noticed my containers of change quarters,dimes,nickels were empty. I didn't get a receipt went to their Company office on Halstead.Discovery they had changed the time on the receipt on how long the job took.And kept most of what I paid for themselves and didn't  turn in to Company.If you hire this Company.WATCH THESE GUYS.MR Smith talk's a good talk but that's it.

So far they were supposed to be here at 11am and it's now 2:12!!! The gentleman on the phone gave no empathy and was dismissive saying "it happen in the moving business" they have offered a 5% discount off the services which is just ridiculous. Horrible customer service.

I wouldn't recommend them to move a family of roaches. The most unprofessional and most rude service after they were 2hrs late without calling. And 1 of them was drunk and cursing. I sent them about her way and called Infinity Movers. Infinity did a great job in 3hrs, even though Smith told me it would be a 6hr job. Dont even think about calling Smiths. They are the prime example of why people don't support black businesses. Ghetto Rude and Unprofessional.
