I hate I wasn't able to have the same great experience as most of the customers. My car was there for two working days, from Friday to Monday. I called late Friday because I didn't hear from them. I was told I would get a phone call right back, that never happened. I went up there Monday around lunch, my car was in the same place that I parked it from Friday. I was told I'd get a call by 3, that never happened. I finally just got my key and went somewhere else. This place is definitely for someone with more than one vehicle at home, which I don't have. One phone call would've made me happy.

Wonderful service, courteous employees. Went out of their way to find the problem with our vehicle. Offered a ride if we needed it. Offered coffee & soda while I waited. Exceptional service!

This establishment is worthy of a five star rating, service to my vehicle was superb they, made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. This is where my vehicle will go from now on. Also the guy at the front desk had excellent customer service skills, he even told me that it was to hot for me to go back outside with out a drink and offered me a drink to go, just outstanding!!!

If there was an option for 6 stars, I would give it to them. My family and I were traveling through Olive Branch with our travel trailer on our way home to Missouri. Something let loose in the rearend of the truck, and we were able to limp it into a hotel in Olive Branch. I talked to John the next morning and explained the situation to him, and basically told him that we were stranded 6 hours from home...and needed help. John got my truck in first thing the next morning and had us back on the road heading home the next afternoon. John and his technicians were nothing by honest, friendly, and great to deal with. They really helped us out of a bind, and didn't try to take advantage of out of towners like many shops would. There is a reason that these guys have 5 out of 5 stars....they are fantastic, and treat their customers like they should be treated. Thanks John!!!!

Really great experience (even though having car trouble is never good) and these guys made it as painless as possible! I had BOTH of my cars break down in a week and half and I feel that I was treated very well and got great work at a very fair price! They explained exactly what was wrong, how it went wrong or broke, how it affected the vehicle, and how it could be fixed without breaking the bank. As a female, dealing with vehicle repairs is terrible because they can see you coming from a mile away but Johnny and the team made me feel very comfortable and informed. I'm a customer for life and I won't be taking either of my vehicles anywhere else.
