I stopped by on 8/2/16 before I was on my way to work. I had a flat the night before and needed to get my tire fixed. It couldn't be fixed, but they were able to order me another one. The salesman Bryan was great and the morning Store Manager, they were able to put me another spare on because the one I had was showing the wires. They said they would have the tire ready and put it on as soon as I got off work. I went in later that day and the Store Manager, Dwain Forrest was there. He knew that I would be coming back and was able to help me right away. I was out the door in about 15 minutes. I really had a great experience with the team at this location and would come again.

My vehicle had everything wrong with it. It wasn't road worthy, it had leaks, it was a nitemare! I came to these guys and it was amazing! They took care of everything, eased my mind, and did not make me go broke. Absolutely the BEST service & for the first time ever I can say HONEST mechanics! Thank you Mathis-Goodman Rd!!

This is a great bunch of talented mechanics with an excellent attitude. This is the place you're looking for. They'll do whatever they have to do to get you and your car back on the road and moving with no bull crap thrown into the deal. This is the kind of hometown shop you can trust. These guys towed my car and sent a mechanic over to pick me up for free from a hotel where I was stranded. Then they proceeded to fix my engine on the spot even though it was a tricky operation using my existing parts rather than using expensive replacement like a shady corporate shop would try. They also kept me entertained while I waited. I was back on the road the same day for a more than fair price. Thanks Eddie and the rest of the crew. You guys rule.

Came in to have a brake issue fixed and the staff was very helpful. I didn't have to wait long at all before Dwain Forrest came back to explain the issue. He even took me back to point to the problem and discuss repair options. This has been a difficult to diagnose issue and Dwain and his team found it quickly, offered solutions, and listened to concerns.

It's hard to find a local shop where you can be confident that your vehicle will be fixed right with no added services or pricing. I went to this location as it is near me and had great reviews- now I see that it's true. I'll definitely take both of my family's vehicles to Dwain and the team at Mathis for any service needs.

They charged me $300 to repair an oil leak and they never actually did the work! When I brought it back because it was still leaking they tried to tell me it was something else that would cost $800. I took my car somewhere else to get it checked out and they showed me that the original repair was never even done. I would never trust them to work on my car again! Don't waste your time or money!!!
