First of all I really like the no haggle Pricing. And yes it is very competitive. Our Sale Person Rich was amazing. He was very welcoming and low key. I never felt pressured. He spent several hours with us finding just the right car for us and then arranged a test drive for us. The entire process was so easy and low stress. I'll definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase

We had planned to go "car looking" without the intent purpose of buying.  Chas Engle approached soon after arriving at the dealership and our experience with him was just delightful!  We had previously owned a Santa Fe and were so pleased with it, that I had assumed we would get  another.  I had lots of questions about the differences in the Santa Fe and the Tucson,and Chas answered everyone of them.  The process of buying and trading in my old car went very smoothly from there.  I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Chas and the dealership, and we have had an incredibly good experience with their warranty and service department in the past.  Thanks Chas for a job well done!

I have bought and sold many vehicles but never have I had a great or easy experience doing so.....until now. John was great and helped me test drive several different models and answered all my questions.  They do not work on commission so there was no additional pressure to buy the most expensive model or to buy at all.  Also, I fell in love with their "No hassle" policy.  If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend checking these guys out!

I had a great experience leasing cars at Checkered Flag. The first time I arrived there, Ashton Phillips greeted me and help me throughout the whole process, from explaining how checkered flag was different from other dealerships to selecting the car that best fits the company needs to finalizing the deals quickly.  She was always available to answer my questions or help me with other deals even when she it was on her day off she was determined and motivated to help me. I greatly enjoyed the experience that was working with Checkered Flag and I would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy/lease a car to at least visit.

Let's start with the good. Salesman walked me threw this new way of selling cars. Then showed us around to the 2 cars I was looking into.  Found the car I wanted. Had trouble with financing so ended up getting a loan threw a bank. They put the car in detail which was the worst cleaning job I have ever seen. It's like they just did a quick whip down. And a fast wash. I ended up detailing it later. Drove off the lot pretty happy with in 10min my "check fuel cap" came on. Called my sales man he said it will be fixed. That might at 3am the alarm went off 3 times, wasn't sure why. Called the sales man the next morning told he to take the car to Honda I did. They got it in a Saturday I got it back Tuesday. I got a new fuel cap and some switch in the car kept the alarm going off.  Left Honda happy then 10 min away my "check fuel cap" came in again. Found out there is an  omissions leak. My sales man was great about it when I called him he said take it back to Honda and they will figure it out. I have been calling my service last for 4 days. I leave her 2 VM a day. The leak isn't doing anything to the car but it's not good for the  environment... other then all they BS with the car. I'm happy with it and love it. Just wish my problem would get fixed!!!
