My experience at Hall was amazing. Martin is wonderful. He was honest, kind, and answered all of my questions. I could not be happier or more thankful. The whole process from when I inquired about a car online and got scheduled to when I drove away in my new car was incredible. They were very upfront and there were no surprises, which I appreciate greatly. Thank you so much Martin & everyone at Hall!

From start to finish I felt they valued me as a customer. I worked with Ben (Stewart) and even at my first visit to the dealership; after I informed him I was at least 3 months out from a purchase; he still spent at least an hour with me answering all my questions. I did return a few months later and purchased my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. However the one that met all my requirements was not on the lot so I had to wait for it to arrive from the factory. Ben knew how excited I was and let me know the night before my Jeep was to arrive and I schedule the time I would be in the next day. Upon arrival he had my keys and Jeep ready, just had to finish up a bit of paperwork, but before leaving Ben ensured I had no questions about my new Jeep. I would not only recommend Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep(had to get that far with the name since I bought a Jeep :P) but I would very much recommend Ben Stewart.

Eric Osborne-Outstanding Service! Best Yet! Eric provided absolutely amazing service. He is the best sales rep. that I have ever worked with. He is professional, knowledgeable, competent, dedicated energetic, honest, and he really tailored the car buying experience to meet my needs. He was not pushy and he worked hard for my business. This is how a car buying experience should be. I would recommend Eric to my closet friends and relatives.

I just wanted to take the time to commend Hall Dodge Jeep Ram in Virginia Beach for the service provided to me. My Service Advisor (Ally), and my Technician (Clint) both took great care of me. Ally kept me informed and updated the entire time my vehicle was in Hall Dodge Jeep Ram for required maintenance. She told me when there would be delays and updated me when parts were ordered/needed to complete the required repairs. Clint took the time to explain why he did the repairs he recommended and why the vehicle needed them to make the vehicle run according to vehicle specifications versus just making the vehicle run. I had a great experience with Hall Dodge Jeep Ram this service experience. I did want to recommend that Hall implement the following discounts: 10% Military discount, 10% customer loyalty rewards discounts, and a 10% senior discount. I have 5 vehicles and other automotive manufacturers in the Hampton Roads area offer these types of discounts. You asked for my opinion and recommendations, so I am giving you them.

I went to looking for a newer car almost a month ago and right as I got out of the car and was walking to check out the lot I was greeted by a salesperson (Devin). From there I proceeded to look at what would turn out to be my new car. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process as this was my first purchase from a dealer. He answered all of my questions and took his time to show me everything I explained I wanted in a car on the lot. Very professional and impressed how he conducted himself as I've had worse cases at other dealers. Couldn't have asked for a better experience here and very happy overall of my new car. Thanks for all the help!
