Great customer service.  I picked up my car a day late due to a cancelled flight and returned it 12 hours early - due to more weather - but they were very flexible.  When I got my receipt though, I noticed that the daily rate was significantly higher than my reservation quote.  I was worried I would have to fight it, but I gave them a call, they figured out the problem and fixed it immediately.  Every company makes mistakes, but I was very pleased with how they dealt with it!

Service was efficient and my car was clean and new!  I was able to extend my rental with ease.  The price was also good through Costco discount.

Great customer service and good pricing. If your looking to rent a car in Southern Oregon make sure to go see the friendly folks down at Enterprise rent a car.

I usually rent cars directly from Enterprise but this time I did a bundle through Allegiance Airlines because it seemed that I would be saving about $50.  When I got to the airport I had to pay an additional  $73 which I hadn't planned on. By bundling I ended up paying more.
