So I walk a mile and a half to come pick up the vehicle I had reserved and am told I can't use a debit card, even though in the confirmation email it says I can use it as well as on the site itself. But instead of driving my car back to my hotel, which was fine with my debit card,I got to walk home instead. Imagine if I had flown in after reserving a car and was told sorry even though we didn't tell you that a credit card was needed we can't rent you that car... please go to our competitor, or take a taxi, and see if they might except your payment. Very disappointed with the lack of service! My wife also reminded me that the last time we rented a car all they asked for was an additional deposit, which I would have been happy to have paid rather than walking or calling my aunt to tell her I can't drive you to your chemo appointment tomorrow because I don't have a credit card! Either adjust what you have in your site or figure out how to use bank cards!!!!

I have used Enterprise Rental Car in Ashland, Oregon many times now and will continue to use them because they have shown me excellent service  getting me into the vehicle of my choice plus the best price anywhere in the Rogue Valley!

It's a great convenience to have Enterprise here in Ashland.  As far as I could tell, the prices are just as good as the Medford location.  John was very professional, courteous and responsive.  He called me back promptly.  As another poster mentioned, this is a 1 person office so John is often out hustling around moving cars between Ashland and Medford and picking up and dropping off customers.  As long as you make an appointment to pick up your car, then you shouldn't have any problems.  The after hours drop off is another plus.
