Absolutely fabulous staff, the most fuel-efficient car I've ever driven, super-easy check in/out, located at the airport (rather than a shuttle ride away), and just great value compared to anyone else we looked at. Enterprise was like $800 more for the same 4 days. No thanks! Budget was awesome.

I have been "married" to Enterprise for years. What a nice surprise to see that Budget Rent A Car had a better price, and that the cars were very nice as well. My only complaint is that at that location, they should have a shuttle available to take people from the rental counter to where the cars actually are. It is quite a walk, and my knees were not thrilled.  By "shuttle," I mean a golf cart.

Very nice people, price was good, and very easy pick-up and drop-off. I will definitely use them again.

This location NEVER answers its phones. If you think you may need to contact the Kiosk at the actual airport book with someone else!

I've called dozens of times on different days. I called corporate half a dozen who also tried to reach the location. Nothing. It's just unacceptable. And besides trying to call themselves (which never works), corporate will not help either. They will just give you the same phone number that does not work along with a genuine, "Sorry." 

I fly through this location consistently and would use Budget consistently if I could do the most simple thing: Speak with someone at the location. 

Instead, I'll be bringing my dollars elsewhere.

To echo what's been said in the other reviews that I read, not only do you have to walk 15 minutes to find your car yourself, but when you call the desk with a questions no one answers and customer service has absolutely no answers for you. 

With how many options there are now days you'd think a company like this would have better customer service. I would rather spend more money and have great customer service than crappy service for a few bucks less 

I will not only be not using this company in the future and will be telling everyone else to not bother either.
