DO NOT RENT HERE. We rented a 24 foot truck, it had a leak that required us to wrap our couch in a tarp to keep it from being destroyed. After getting on the road it got dark and we discovered the headlights were dim and not aimed making them basically unusable. When we returned the truck they said the pickup location was responsible, when we called them they said they weren't responsible. After multiple calls to "customer service" they would only refund 10%. We had already scheduled another truck from the same location to complete our move a few days later, when we got there we were told they had no truck of any size any where, they didn't offer any help or compensation. GO TO U-HAUL!

Had a VERY helpful agent who made immediate arrangements to have me picked up and brought to office when I arrived last minute at the airport. Very knowledgable and friendly staff who helped us get on our way quickly. Thanks, appreciate!

I needed a car for a week while I was in between selling and buying a new car.  Budget offered a very competitive price and the process was very easy (I secured the rental online).  The local staff in the small office here was friendly and helpful.  When I returned the car there was a small error on the bill which was immediately corrected.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!  The Budget rental car company was unable to help me when I lost the car key while on a hike..in addition, they requested the tow company tow the car (with my purse and credit cards in it) and told the tow company to leave myself and my daughter in the very rural mountain area.  If it were not for the tow company going against the orders of Budget Car Rental, myself and my daughter would have been abandoned in the Shasta Mountain area.... THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!

I reserved my rental car online only one day before I needed it. I showed up and was greeted with a friendly smile and was on my way with the Rental within five minutes. The same with the return, in and out in under five minutes. 

Great experience and an affordable quality price.
