Asked for a rental car and got one.  So far so good.  The person at the front desk was quite unpleasant towards me for no special reason.  I didn't care but couldn't help notice the contrast to other Enterprise sites I used across the USA.

I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise now for 5 or 6 years now.  Their fall and spring wknd specials...one cannot beat the savings ANYWHERE ELSE!!!  Starting at $9.99 per day (3 day special) for economy/compact style vehicles!!!

Happy with the customer service and the price on my rental.The car was very nice. Only issue is that the car kept trying to overheat and We had to figure out why as we did not have cell reception. turns out the car was very low on coolant. It was also close to needing a oil change so we got to see the reminder flash at us constantly.

They refused to rent to me because I had an out of state drivers license. Who rents cars? Out of state drivers! Anyway reviewing their terms and price lines terms, it says nothing about needing an in state drivers license. Only rental car company around so I was stuck in crappy Klamath falls for the day. Thanks enterprise.

I have always used Enterprise and are very happy with it and this time was no exception. I called on a short notice, at 2 pm.,  in Klamath Falls, OR, since I had to wait for a train until 10 pm. They had the car ready for me in half an hour and the lady at the office was very helpful- gave me the info like how to get a taxi to take us to the train station and the price was very reasonable. Thanks for the good service.
