I had the opportunity to speak with Tanner over the phone and explain to him my credit situation and how I was in need of a vehicle. Tanner  reassure me that credit was no issue as long as I was on my job for three months and could  provide  proof of insurance and had a down payment that I was going to drive away.  When I  arrived  Tanner was there to greet me with the warm welcome.  And was able to show me the vehicles he had available for me .  Needless to say I’m one impressed happy customer.  I’m recommending them to anyone who is in need of a vehicle.

I went in to get my oil changed. The guy who was working on my car Presented several different things he said that needed to get done. Because I asked him questions about them. He started cursing me closed the hood, pulled the car up front asked me to leave. He was very disrespectful. I’ve never experienced that in my whole life before. Hopefully they change the attitude and have a better way to treat their clients.

Had a very good experience today.  Very professional place run by a kind family.  They showed me what what needing repair and why with no sales pressure, just advice.  I had to hit the road so I simply selected what I wanted done and will be back later to do the rest

I will never use this place again or recommend them to anyone. The control arms were bad on my truck so it wasn't able to be aligned even close to properly. They attempted to do it anyway without even calling me and charged me $90 for my truck to drive worse than it did when I brought it in. It now pulls to the left and the steering wheel is. At a 45 degree angle.  The kid who was running the shop was completely unwilling to do anything to resolve my issue. He said for me to buy the parts and they would put them on for 300 and then charge me another 90 to align it again. If the job couldn't be done correctly it never should have even been attempted. Other shops check this stuff before hand for this reason.

Edit/response to owner: The alignment that was done incorrectly was almost a year ago when the lift was brand new. So try again. That kid couldn't even tell me what was bad other than "the upper control arm is shot". I asked him if it was a ball joint or a bushing and he just said "the whole things just shot" and turned his back. I contacted the company who made the lift and they are sending me new ball joints through warranty. It's a $400 set of arms and the wearable parts are made to be replaced. Your guy was just dismissive with me because he was the only one there. He could have at LEAST answered a simple question (for $90) that he should have easily known the answer to if he had actually done ANYTHING to my truck. I even told the girl at the front desk when I dropped it off about a possible issue with the steering wheel not being aligned correctly before and to inform whoever was working on it. I'm guessing he took that as an excuse to just shove my truck through so he could get out of there. The way he described it, it should have been VERY easy to see before the half ass alignment was even attempted so I could atleast have a say in the decision on what needed to be done. I would have gladly gotten the parts and paid to have it fixed and aligned correctly. After. Your shop is just another Walmart service center with people who don't know anything more than what the instruction manual for the alignment machine tells them.
