UPDATE: Mike was very prompt in addressing this issue. He reached out immediately and took care of the issue. Thanks again! I also updated my stars. Customer service received outweighs the bad fries. I spent $15 not including my delivery fee for a small sandwich and fries. The fries were the WORST ever. Overcooked and 2 seperate batchessee pics. They tasted like burnt oil because i had to eat being i was at work or go hungry the rest the day.The sandwich was the smallest $9 sandwich j have ever order from penn station. I worked for penn station in high school and unless the company expectations changed or they overlook lack of quality, we would never serve our customers this. People work hard for their money and already paying outrageous prices. Why do this to your consumers?
My husband and I were so impressed with crew we had to get on here and leave a review. It’s hard to find service this good these days, so kudos to this team! From the young man who took our order to the gent who rung us up, they were all polite, worked quickly, and were great communicators. And the food was smackin too
Pretty average Penn Station. Not overly busy when I arrived, but still took longer than normal. Food was good and the employees were friendly. I did notice things sped up once the manager came back in.
Carlos and Morgan make a great team !! They work well together , they greeted in a timely manner made our food on time and there kindness just earned my heart. The place was clean including the bathrooms I felt as if I was receiving fresh food with friendly service. Carlos said he makes the best lemonade and he was RIGHT!!!!! Our sandwiches were juicy , hot, and soaking with yumminess!!! I would need the two of them making my food every time I go in. You have to come here I guarantee you’ll be satisfied and more!! All penn station sandwiches taste different , but I can make this location our new home please try and leave a comment under my review!! They over exceeded my expectations
The second i walked in i was greeted by a very nice young man named daniel, it was good service good food, except the fries were over cooked a bit, other than that the sandwich was awesome, the right amount of everything was on it, the place was very clean and i will be back. Peace.
Great staff and food. Walked in with a very large order with no notice. Made sure all food was accounted for and correct. Josh was amazing on keeping everything in order and not missing a thing. Will definitely be coming here more often.
1st time visit. Would recommend 100% I had terriaki chicken & mushrooms off the grill and fries. It was hot! It tasty! The fries where FRESH! Friendly staff, quick service & fantastic sandwich.
My food was delicious and made just how I asked. The staff was also very polite and friendly!
This is the best location!!! The sandwiches are perfect everytime! Tony and Dan are great!
They have an amazing male cook there at night and he makes the sandwiches superb I love eating hereFood: 5/5
