In all my years of going to Subway I've never had a bad experience and today was no exception. Gwen the Store Manager was just top notch, so so nice and friendly. I unfortunately did not get the other gals name but she was awesome as well. Both my husband and I were very happy with our meal. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!!!

Used the Subway App for the first and last time. Having been without electricity for most of the day and seeing that it wasn't going to be restored tonight, my husband and I decided to get Subway. Ordered it online to be picked up at the Mansfield Road location. Big mistake. They put all of the toppings for the sandwich that I ordered for my husband on my sandwich, even though they had our ticket with the correct information taped to the outside of the bag. They really messed up our order. I called them and all they offered to do was remake our order, which meant another trip back up there. We were told to "hurry" because they were closing in 25 minutes. We went back to pick up the "corrected" order, and they STILL GOT IT WRONG !!! We will not be returning.
The young lady name MiKaylah is GREAT, she makes my sandwich just as I ask, the other workers are good but MiKaylah is GREAT when it comes to making a sandwich
I want to start by saying I have never had a problem with any subway ever. I ordered online and picked it up in store. When I walked in I was not spoken to. Just stared at. When I ate the sandwich, it had a jalapeno pepper in it and it also wasn't toasted. I didn't ask for jalapeno peppers. Worst subway experience ever.
Well this is the closest location to my house and I have been there a few times in the last few weeks and I have to say that I am very much disappointed in the staff member who took my payment. She was very short,snappy, just a very unpleasant person who has a problem with her job /job description. If you can't be bothered with the patrons of the establishment that you chose to be employed at......stay at home,or change jobs....better yet, please get some God in you!!! Bless ur heart!!! I was just trying to use a electronic version of my coupon and I get text from them at least 3 to 5 times in a week, with different promotional materials and codes for discounts on stuff!! The food was the same,kinda hard to mess up while ur watching the ingredients being put together!!!
UPDATE 1/13/19 Drove up at 7:13 a.m. Place is dark, the employee is behind the counter. Walk to the door, still no reaction or urgency from the employee to open the store. I went back to my vehicle and waited another 5 minutes, still nothing. By the time I drove off it was 7:25 and the store still had not been opened. The next morning at 7:18 a.m. same story so I went next door. At 7:30 the store still was not opened. If this has happened to me multiple times throughout the week, I can only imagine how many other people this happens to. I have stood outside at times with at least 3 customers waiting for the employee to open the store when it's past 7:15 a.m.The manager needs to get reliable employees to open the store on time or set the opening hours back if the store can't ever open on time. It's very convenient, the location but very inconvenient to not be open on time, daily. This location is supposed to open at 7 am. I arrived at 7 and noticed the restaurant was dark but an employee was behind the counter. I sat in my car until 7:04 and then walked to the door to double check the hours. I waited at the door until 7:10, still the employee never came to the door, so I left. I will be contacting the manager next and corporate after that.
The manager yelled at me for not wearing a mask while grabbing my mobile pick-up order. I understand we are encouraged to wear face coverings, but yelling at a customer instead of speaking to them professionally is unacceptable.
Excellent customer service. Even when people are being very rude the employee still keep a smile on her face an finsh the task at hand. Great job. 9/16/2020.
