If you bring the discount coupon you get a decent inside and outside wash for $9.99.  Staff is not too pushy about adding extra services if you are strong in stating a basic car wash. The detail shop is good except for the type of wax applied to the exterior because it seems to attract the dust and dirt. After a few days of having my car detailed I noticed a film of dust and tried to rinse it off with a hose. It wouldn't rinse off and had to go to Costco for a wash. Always nice staff and  comfortable waiting area inside and out.

I come here every other week. The quality of the wash has become amazing over the past couple of months. I heard there was a new manager (TJ) he has done an amazing job turning this place around. Seems like the whole place has a new vibe! Great job

Huge thanks to the crew over here for always taking care of me. Everyone is always smiling and making it enjoyable to come here. When you give great customer service like this place does it makes people recommend it to others like I do. Great job and keep up the great work!

I stopped coming here because of the quality and time it took to get a wash. I was at Wal-Mart and was in need of a wash so I decided just to get it done without high expectations. 
1. I got a wash while it was busy in 20 minutes
2. My truck looked fantastic
3.Everyone was thanking me and telling me to have a great day. I felt like my business finally means something to them!

Don't go here when it's really busy. If you can find a day with less customers your car will get better attention. Interior cleaning is rushed through and many things are missed. For me personally, front end of the car had no attention paid to it, inside of doors frames were not wiped properly, had to clean the inside of my windshield myself, and I had a lot of dirt and dust on my backseat and floor as if there was no vacuuming done at All. It's sad because my first visit there was great. This visit fell short of expectations and I actually regret leaving a tip. 

However! Toby at the front register was great and had wonderful customer service and I appreciated that! Wish I could have given him the tip instead.
