Shout out to James, changes fluids/oil changes, filters, etc., at Happy Valley location. He set an example of what outstanding customer service should be modeled after; courteous, polite, patient, kind, calm, understanding, confident, attentive and efficient. Jackson’s should be honored to have an employee like this gentlemen that helped me out today. It’s rare these days to get this type of exceptional customer service so it was appreciated!!

Great service ! All of the staff was amazing, super helpful & nice! I highly recommend this wash. My wash service advisor was Brian Stiles and was very accommodating to my needs and obviously knew what he was talking about. Great service here and great deals:)))

I was told 2-3 hours on a detail, but ended up being here for more than 4 hours. I understand this place gets busy so I wasn’t really upset, but when I saw the manager through the window on his damn phone that’s when I had enough. My car still looked horrible when I got it, it looks like they only put Armor all and shined it up. No cleaning whatsoever. Never coming back!

Had my car done and such a good job.  So clean it looks brand new and I walked right past it. Highly recommend this. Such big improvements  in the last few months.

Horrible customer service. Paid for detailing. These are pictures of my “finished” car. Found wax all over inside driver seat! How is that even possible. Inside not cleaned. Beware. Rude and incompetent individual managing this carwash. Can’t coordinate staff to accomplish a task or at least look at their work to make sure it was done correctly. Don’t waste your time or money here. 👍 Manager refused to give me refund. Save your money.
PS Dear owner. Slowly read my review. I did not ask for wax to be left on my driver seat. I have actual permanent visible stains on the seat. Your manager did not correctly attempt to make it right. I was blown off. READ YOUR REVIEWS, don’t just say call me.
