If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I have had enough with these guys who work at this location. Their answer to me has always been "call customer care" when they could actually do the work there themselves. The last four or five times I have been here they have just told me to call customer care. I even had one worker make a statement on an expensive piece of jewelry when I didn't follow through on a purchase.
Overall I will not do business with these so called "team members" anymore.

They broke my screensaver installing it When I noticed and I asked them to replace it they told me it wasn't their fault that it was a convenience for them to install it and that I could go through the warranty when I called the warranty was 9.99 to get a new screen saver so what was the convenience to charge me more money for something I preordered with you guys that you guys are for refusing to give me because it was 1st come 1st serve which I was one of the 1st ones there because I pre ordered my screensaver so how can you not save my screen saver for me plus I paid my bill there 1 time and 1 of the customer representative stove my payment my phone did get shut off when I called to find out what was going on Awesome within a few minutes my phone was turned back on with no explanation why I can't this story is to be a really good store the people working there now just seemed to be thieves and unreliable they're all-out for themselves it really seems like when an order comes in they let their workers get what's the ordered 1st in if there's anything that's than the will sell to the customers This is some of the worst customer representatives in Albuquerque I've given this store my business ever since I started with T-Mobile and now I have to find another store because I cannot rely on these people anymore every time I go in there something gets messed up or somehow they can't give me back change because they're not allowed to hand out money they could only give you back change on a debit-card or credit-card which makes no sense when you just handed them money The owed me 75 cents one day and they cannot give it to me even though they had a Register full of change and somehow when the guy told me he was going to credit to my account and it never got credited so they stole 75 cents for me how petty are you to still 75 cents I preordered my phone with them they told me I was a VIP that I Would-be getting a screensaver and phone case for free found out that I'm getting charged for them they broke my screensaver after refusing to give it to me telling me that they're gonna sale it to somebody else because I wasn't able to show up on the day they received it and I don't see how when it's mine already paid for it Same thing with my Otterbox case never received it still paying on it where is my case

Kat the manager is the best, always finding the best deal she can for her customers, staff is really friendly and quick to help when available... good job staff
