My first and most memorable experience at this location. Was extremely unpleasant due to the customer service from Nubila I left the store disappointed confused with unresolved issues. After that event I avoided the store but decided to stop in today.  Because this is the closest star to my house and my phone had completely stop working was in need of assistance immediately. As I walled in I saw her standing there on her phone I was instantly taken back to my first experience at this location. Thankfully I was greeted by a gentleman named Tony V. He assisted me and took great care of all of my issues.  I was beyond grateful for the work he put into resolve problem. Thanks again Tony!

A little slow when helping people so you might be waiting a while if even one person is in front of you. But the service is good once they start helping you.

Made an appointment online at this location to ask about upgrading to a new phone. It appeared that nobody was aware of the appointment. Was told we were next but it wasn't the case. Seems very disorganized.
