The staff was friendly and very helpful. They told me about the AT&T loyalty program and I got all of my upgrade charges removed. They had a good stock of the products that I wanted.

Went in to process an upgrade, associate says she can save me $50 by moving me to a newer unlimited plan. She NEVER informed me that I would be going from 20GB to 2GB....No paperwork for plan change, never reviewed changes and hit confirm, NOTHING. So fun thinking my brand new phone is crapping out first night to find out i was ROBBED of all my data. 50$ for 18Gb of data, hell of a deal. NO wonder she took it away from me.....debating whether to be "that customer" and have them do it instore or if I should do it myself so they don't sign me up for some other B.S. plan.

This AT&T location may be remodeled location, I am not 100% sure since the closest to me is on Madison in Murrieta. The way AT&T helps their customer's is by a employee checking you in after listening to your reason for coming into the store. Then, you wait until one of the 3 employees or less finishes the one on one assistance. After I waited nearly 45 mins to be told "Sorry you do not have proper insurance" was frustrating more than anything. I had to sit and listen during my wait customers complain about how long they were waited. Watching the employees work i notice the greeting employee does not help customers what so ever. She just walks around repeating, "Somebody will be with shortly!" This place sucks with customer service, though the gentleman was nice and knowledgeable I would only step foot in this place if my location shut down. Just because you make this place look extravagant does not mean your experience will be. I tried on the cell phone VR device and it was not working properly. Sad because as a customer you would assume the employees check ALL devices to make its functioning properly. Management is sucks and should be immediately replaced by a true professional. One star for trying and one star for the employee who helped, the customer service isn't here just flashy equipment.

Newly renovated... Cool cool friendly staff... Laughed at all my non funny jokes so a point for that... Found us the best outfit for our scenario from a lost phone
