This place (Sprint) sucks, they see you waiting to sign in, make eye contact then ignore you. One or two Reps working with customers at the counter, 2-3 others standing behind the counter checking their cell or talking to tech Rep about non work related stuff, make eye contact again, ignore you and still not sign you in. After about 10-15 mins, one of the Reps that made eye contact but still continued to ignore you and do other things finally asks "have you been helped yet?" What the hell! Worst customer service ever. Also, instead of fixing your problem they assume first, then try to sell you stuff. They delete your info then lie and say they couldn't access the phone to back it up. WTH ask if I want you to back up my info and ask for the pin or password if they were just going to be lazy and not back up the data before working on or resetting the phone. Why should I pay a $200 deductible to get a new phone when it is a software and a hardware issue. Nothing that is my fault, but poor manufacturing and bad software. 😡

Every body beware of this store they over charge you on your bills and have a lot of extra charges and sale persons will not tel you the truth ever

They lie. And I believe they stole the giftcards we were suposed to get to payoff our old cell bill now we are in debt  big time with another cell bill that we can't afford to pay.they are rude and very inconsiderate.

This store is by far the worst I've ever been to!!!! The staff seem young with no experience on how customer service works.. No one seems to know how to multi task what so ever. And staff is extremely rude!!! Do not go!!!! Save your self the headache.
