--Bryce-- ......talk to someone else, not to him.  
I am a loyal T-Mobile customer, have been with them for years.  Their coverage hasn't always been the best, they have gotten better and increased their coverage areas --- I'm fine with it.  The reason I've stayed is a combination of value and great customer service.  
But not Bryce.  
Talking to him is like coming up against a wall: no, there's nothing I can do to help you; no, there are no other options; no i can't call anyone about it; basically: just deal with it.  My "overnight" replacement phone from the insurance I pay for monthly, didn't come in, and Bryce couldn't have cared less.  Thankfully, I discovered a store that's even closer to home and they helped me with the usual great T-Mobile customer service.

I went into the store today. My phone was glitching and decided that I wanted to purchase a new one. We have been with tmobile for over a year. When we first bought our phones we had to pay a percentage and going in today I knew it was going to be the same since we had been late on a few bills. Well I go into the store, we told the rep, Javier, that we were needing a phone if possible today. Stated we wanted the Note 5 which in this store retails at about $780.. so he let us know they had the phone in stock and stated that we would have to come out of pocket $680 for a new phone and would be paying $17 monthly...  I asked how that was possible and he said that's what it is based on my account. Well no. That was more than what I paid for BOTH my Note 4 and Note 3 last year in Aug when I first joined tmobile. I left the store and called customer service to see exactly what I would be paying and if all was true. ALL LIES. The customer service representative stated that I would be paying almost half of what he stated. Went to a different location and came out of pocket exactly what customer service stated on the phone. 
This is the second major issue I have had at this store. Need less to say I should have learned from the first time.

always long lines, employees always have a smile on their face and treat you good but never do what they say they are going to do for you!
