Very busy store during 9-5, recommend appointments which help at time, but there is a wait unfortunately everybody love there phones and expect fast service just does not work out that way! I’ve been there over 50x and always have great experience with staff. Other than wait when I don’t have appointments kinda expect to wait! Love Apple product but they need to do something better for loyal customers on launch events! Thank Apple

Very helpful employees. Very nice and always have a smile on their face. They are here to answer your questions. If you just do a walk in appointment then you will wait longer to be seen. However, best advice is to make a Genius Bar appointment.

The crew was very helpful and nice. Everything was fantastic. My iPhone 7 was doing a reboot loop. Went in, they replaced it no questions asked. Here's the issue . 2 days later I noticed it was doing the exact same thing. I did everything apple and myself could think of from restoring and all. Still was doing it. I could not figure out why on earth 2 completely different phones were doing the exact same thing. So I call apple back and they did a trouble shoot with me over the phone. When asked for the IEMI NUMBER. Turns out the rep that helped me at the store, never gave me a new phone. He gave me back my original phone!!! Hence why I'm still having the issue. So now I'm stuck going back today, getting a new one (again) and paying for a whole new $30 screen protector(again). I'm not too happy at all!!! You had one job apple....one job!!

It seems that the are plenty of apple customer associates walking around and as soon as you enter the store they greet you and offer help but to actually get to the genius bar in a walk- in it could take up to 2 hrs. For the quality of the apple products no one should have to wait that long if your Mac or iPhone broke down, by appointment expect three days to get in.

Nothing irks me more than being lied to. I was willing to come back and give them a better review after they resolved my issue. But instead, they lied straight to my face and tried making changes to cover their ass. Apparently they DID switch out my phone for the new one (according to them). And so that means the apple rep that helped me on the phone and told me that the swap was never done and I was using the same phone with the same issues, lied. No. The reps at the store lied. When I checked in and explained what was going on, the lady took my name down and sent me to the front at the help bar. She came back about 10 min later and asked me for the serial number to my phone. She connected it remotely to her iPad and walked away. Then the tech comes up to help me and tells me that the serial number they have on their records matches the phone I have now (which is suppose to be the new phone) and that the swap was in fact done and my old phone wasn't given to me instead like I was telling them. After arguing with him and telling him at this point, I really don't care, I just want it made right. As it is, Ive already forked out $60 in screen protectors when I THOUGHT the swap was made the first time. Now I'm about to have to buy a new one again, he offered to swap it out. Here we are, 48 hours later after the REAL swap, and my phone hasn't rebooted on its one NOT. ONCE!!!! Imagine that. So instead of just apologizing and saying "sorry, our mistake, we will get you taken care of" they rather lie to their customers to cover their ass. Never again will I go there.
