I went in to order food to go.. When I checked out it asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I always tip well on dine in but I do t feel take out gets a tip. The girl at the register rang me up and turned to the cook and gave the cut sign that I dint tip and my 6 dollar side of fries was hardly a cup full and I ordered everything on my burger and got lettuce and tomato no bacon which I ordered. Normally u get a bag of fries and a loaded burger... Stay clear of this place go to burger monger
YUM! Five Guys burgers & fries are legendary. Double burger or bacon burger are fantastic. Plenty of toppings to add. Reg size fries are perfect for 2-3 people. Friendly staff + keeping the location clean during COVID. I see them wiping down door handles etc. Only challenge which keeps me from eating here often is the prices. Quality is great but be prepared to spend $30+ for 2 burgers, 1 fry, 1 drink & a shake. Again, great food but it’s not a “cheap” spot to eat. A+ visit as always.
Served food then wait another time period for them to make a shake. I was asked if I wanted it immediately or served with my meal. I said that I will take it with my meal.After I was served my food to go then had to wait some more time for them to get around to making the shake. Then to top it off , the shake tech needed the manager and a third of the crew to diagnose and fix the problems with the shake machine. I had grabbed a healthy handfull of them nuts and just waited until I got that shake. Thanks boys. Unfortunately ,the incredible price of a double burger all the way no bacon fries and a strawberry/ chocolate shake at 5 guys set me back a whopping $22.67 for my meal . For THIS reason $the cost$; I will not come to this establishment ever again. The food was delicious as always...but that's it for me.
Five guys, without a doubt, makes a superb burger. Also had fries and chocolate shakes. A bit pricey, but what the hell. You get what you pay for and I paid for a fresh, tasty, delicious, hamburger.
Since So Fresh doesn't have any additional drink options, we went next door. The man at the counter was polite and just gave us a cup! He apologized for SoFresh's employees and felt bad for us. Kindness goes a long way, thanks man!Food: 5/5
Delicious, as usually. It's fresh and you just have to be patient. Enjoying that first bite is well worth the wait. And the fries, yes! They always give you more than enough, so feel free to share! The price is very reasonable. Really no excuse not to try something. And remember, there are unshelled peanuts while you wait for your order. They are free, in case you were wondering.
Unfortunately it seems the quality and price are both being negatively affected post Covid reopening. Notice the burgers aren’t thick the way they used to be and the cost went up substantially. I understand inflation but cutting quality and upping price too much for me. Last 5 guys for a while. Didn’t even finish the burger it was that sub par
Great service and food! The staff is super friendly. The menu is simple but their burgers are seriously incredible. Their shakes and fries are great too.
Good food. Always a nice stop. It used to be the best $5 Burger you could get. Now it's more like a $9 Burger. Still very good to have fresh ingredients and a great burger. The fries are still the best around, even though you don't get as many as you used to. If I had one complaint, it would be that the milkshakes at $5 seem overpriced. Other than that great place to get a real burger with real meat and potatoes.
It goes without saying that five guys is an amazing place to eat and they have great cheeseburgers and hamburgers and french fries but one time I got order 69 and my receipt said five guys 69 and that really made me laugh. It also really made me think.Food: 5/5
