This Wendy's has always been kind of poor but today was a whole new low. Waited in drive-thru line for 15 minutes then got to the order speaker. No one said anything so I called out to them only to be told that they "are doing shift change and it will be 10 minutes before we can take you order". Are you kidding me. Never ever stopping at this Wendy's again. I hope they close !

The morning staff at this location is amazing.  Pamela took my order and showed the most amazing act of kindness.  She was upbeat, playful, and eager to do her job.  I had such a great experience with her that when I left I was still talking about her.  In todays world, it is no longer common for people to operate in kindness and love.  I met her today and felt like I knew her forever.  Also, in a world where people are judged daily or profiled this woman is Caucasian, my husband is black and I am Hispanic.   Never once did she even look at that.  She only saw 2 people and provided Grade A customer service.  I felt the need to share that bc there is so much hate evolving every where you go from every nationality and its time we start spreading positive vibes and how good all people can be no matter what.  She brought tears to my eyes. Great job Pamela!  Great job Sherry who I believe is the manager and there was another woman who was cooking and does drive through, she always has the best work ethics.  Great Job morning shift and thank you.

Went through drive-thru and got a biggie bag. The server was friendly.  The burger was good, but the chicken nuggets and French fries tasted like they had been sitting there a while.Food: 3/5

The worst experience ever, and I love Wendy's but this branch was awful. The cashier was so busy talking she pretty much ignored us waiting in line until she felt we deserved the attention. Her manner while taking the order seemed to imply that we were bothering her. She spilled ice on the counter and didn't clean it up and it sat there and started to melt. A supervisor had to come over and clean the now huge puddle that had formed all over the counter. In front of the drink machine was another large pool of water that we had to keep side stepping or jumping over. It took so long to get my order it was ridiculous and then the food itself was near cold and left a lot to be desired in the taste department. I should have left immediately from just the unsanitary atmosphere overall and the poor service but I was pressed for time before getting back to work. But if I had to make the decision to eat here again I will immediately start an intermittent fasting cycle.

6/13/21 at 9:50pm Forgot half my order. When I opened the bag 2 cheese sauces spilled over everything. When I went inside to ask about my order I was called a liar until I walked to the front door to get the customer service number then I was told I was correct and they pulled out the original bag of food I ordered as if they were going to eat it themselves and that's why they didn't give me the third bag in the drive thru. NEVER EAT HERE. My chicken sandwhich was reheated and dark. Cheese sauce was cold. Customer Service extremely bad.

What happened to this location?? It has turned so trashy now! It feels like it's ran by adolescents that don't know what they are doing. The soda machine hasn't been working in several months and the lobby is not maintained. Overall a heavy ghetto and unprofessional and unpleasant feeling. How about we shut this location down or bulldoze the building and put something else, as wouldn't be missing much... Corporate step up!

I am not sure if it was a computer issue or what but the orders would disappear from the screen after payment. I only ordered a sandwich and it took about 5 mins before someone asked "what did you order"? I had requested no pickles and I got pickles inside the sandwich. I may go back for a second attempt to see if things are better next time.

The entire experience was garbage. The food came with hair in it and a bit of throw up... I think. The people up front barely spoke English and STILL WERE MEAN. I Highly Recommend You Go Here.Food: 5/5

This Wendy’s at Dale mabry and Fletcher Fresh Market plaza just served me an ice cold hamburger that didn’t even look fully cooked. It obviously was partially cooked a while ago and set aside. Fries were nice and hot but not returning here ever.  Their slogan is “always fresh”. Don’t think this was the case.

Waited obsurdly long to be taken care of. While indeed, the employees were great when helped. They were in dire need of staffing
