Have had 2 bad experiences here in the past but needed an in network ER so decided to try them again. The nurse that checked me in had no personality and was not helpful. Waited about an hour for a room to open up. Check in nurse led me to a room without looking at me or doing anything that conveyed some level of care or interest. Once in a room she instructed me on changing clothes BUT even though she knew my leg needed to be elevated, she did nothing to adjust the bed accordingly (My wife had to do that). Once we got into a room the care was prompt and good. The nurse, sonogram technician, and physician all treated me as I would hope and things were done in timely manner.

The wait is ridiculously long, my sister brought her baby to the er around 4. It's been THREE HOURS and we are STILL here waiting for test results, apparently they had a "confusion at the lab". You're better off heading elsewhere before they decide to do their responsibility and help. 😒 zero stars definitely well deserved.

I wish there was a zero stars option...On the behalf of my family and I, we will never ever go here ever again. My dad waited in the E.R for HOURS, they never treated him, gave him pain medication, or administer any fluids, for HOURS. We finally were moving my dad up to his room (which wasn't even ready for him and we had to wait for them to clean it) there was barely anyone on the floor. There was no communication between the E.R staff and the floor where our room was. My dad was clearly in immense pain and the nurse took 45 minutes to enter in the information we already filled out in the E.R. (My dad has a certified service dog) My dads service dog was peacefully laying on the bed next to him to provide him comfort, and the first thing the nurse said when she walked in our room was, "I don't do dogs" and left. There was SEVERE lack of leadership skills, communication, and medical skill that could result in a liability issue or loss of someones family member in the future. I am very very upset by the experience my family and I experienced here and will CERTAINLY not be visiting this hospital ever again. Every experience I have ever had here has been extremely poor and I ADVISE TO WHOEVER THAT IS SEEKING MEDICAL TREATMENT TO VISIT ELSEWHERE. In my personal opinion, if you are a medical professional, your JOB is to help people and to treat people for the symptoms they have immediately, the person in pain should not have to wait for HOURS on end to receive treatment. How would you feel if this was your family member? Very disappointed by what I witnessed at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Flower Mound... I called in to complain, I was promised a call back from the director, never got a call...

DO NOT GO HERE. I was in the ER and the staff was rude and no help at all. The left side of my body was totally dumb including my face and was told it would an 1.5 hour wait so we left and went across the street. Before leaving me and my father asked if we would receive a bill in the mail and was told no by the women at the front desk. Well a couple weeks later I received a bill in the mail when I was told I wouldn’t. Honestly do not go here for anything rude staff and don’t help you at all and lie.

Avoid. ALL e.r. staff were rude and lied to me about my lab results. They laughed at me behind my back. Offered me UNSOLICITED advice and judgement. Less than one star. I used to prefer this hospital to others. Not anymore.
