I had an amazing experience at this hospital. I usually hate hospitals and did not want to give birth in one. I was fully dilated when I was transferred here due to complications and they did amazing. We were looking at an emergency c section, but they found a way to safely deliver my sweet baby boy vaginally. The nurses Anna and Megan are awesome! I highly recommend delivering here. I think it was Dr Snead who delivered my son. He saved my birthing experience!🙂

My 9 month old son had become dehydrated due to severe vomiting and diarrhea. We took him to the ER because the dehydration was causing him to not want to wake up from a nap. This is an indication of dangerous dehydration for an infant. At the ER, my son received no treatment, and no tests were performed. We were told to bring him back if he got worse. I guess they wanted me to return as he was dying. My wife and I went to Cook Children's hospital, where they gave him an IV to rehydrate him, along with medication to help with the vomiting. This action by Cook's saved his life. When I complained to the doctor's group about the endangering of my son's life, they agreed to drop asking for payment. Texas Health still insists on being paid for almost causing me to lose my son. They would rather risk fighting in court, than writing off a $375 ER bill for services not rendered. The staff is callous and uncaring, and this shows that they only care about money. If you want to get proper treatment for any illness, especially for a child, go to a facility where they actually care. If I could, I would rate them here at a zero, or lower. Seriously, consider their reviews before going here. The number of 1star reviews almost equals the number of 5 star reviews. That is pathetic for a hospital. Next time, I'm going to Baylor, where I know I can find expert medical help.

Love you guys for helping and doing a great job delivering my beautiful Baby Jesse! Special shout out to Nurse Renee! She is an awesome lady and very sweet, kind, funny and caring! Great and professional staff at this hospital! 🖤

I was very happy with the services at this hospital when I delivered my baby here. But my experience changed drastically tonight when I took my 12 month old baby to the ER because he was having a horrible drainage from his ear along with vomiting, congestion and cough. The ER doctor at that moment was Dr. Sommers, William Patrick MD who was extremely rude when I was asking all of my questions because I was obviously worried about my son’s health. I explained to him that my son had been sick for 3 weeks and the treatment that he had in the past wasn’t working and that I was hoping for something else to be done. The first thing he said was “if he is that bad then he needs to see his pediatrician” I explained to him that I had been trying to get him an appointment but because of the flu season they were booked, his response was “well find another one.” He didn’t addressed any of my concerns, I asked if it would be a good idea for him to get shot and he said why a shot, why be so cruel when he can just take the oral antibiotics. At the end he didn’t even checked him like he should’ve, Only his ears and heart. To say more the registration lady spent more time in the room than the doctor. His visit ended as he said, if you don’t feel happy with the results then take him to Cook Children’s and walked out. I don’t think that this was the correct way to address this situation, I understand they are tired and busy and specially now with the flu season but that’s what they went to school for and he should’ve had a little more sympathy. Then I waited for over 1 hour just to get a prescription for his antibiotic. This will definitely be the last time that my family or myself are coming to this hospital. I think that the way he treated me and my son was very very unprofessional.

My experience at the Outpatient Surgery Center, Suite 100, was the best! Thank you for taking a stressful situation and making it as pleasant as possible. Ya'll are fantastic! Keep it up, I truly appreciate the professionalism and care that I received.
