We have choices. This is turning out to be a bad one. It really didn’t seem to matter to the staff here that we have choices. Came here because it was close and we thought we had an emergency. Would have been better off taking our business to Forney or Mesquite. Didn’t think to read the reviews prior to coming, but if we had, we would have kept driving. This ER is famous for their poor customer service, and very long wait times. This is bad business for any business. Got us by the short hairs, don’t they. THR Kaufman, please don’t reply with the same “canned” response as I’ve seen on all the other negative reviews. You don’t need to call me. But, if you want to refund our money, that would be fine. That’s what most businesses do when they preform poorly, appreciate the business, and want returning customers. But maybe your inconsiderate, slow, and careless staff doesn’t need the repeat business. Poor choice on our part.... lesson learned.

First off, this place misdiagnosed my uncle with a severe infection on his foot and let him go home. 2 days later he died of gangrene. Now my mema recently fell down some stairs and the ambulance took her to this hospital because it was the closest one- they did surgery on her hip and the doctor DIDNT EVEN KNOW SHE HAD A PACE MAKER, and also forgot which side he operated on. Also, they gave her a pill to dry up access fluids in her chest and it dehydrated her to where her lips turned blue. They left her like this for two days WITHOUT any IV’s to rehydrate her. They then told us she not only gained a blood infection, but also a kidney infection. After this of course we try to transfer her to a better hospital but only to be stopped serveral times and lied to by the house director. Finally it came down to my brother picking her up out of the hospital bed and us taking her out of there ourselves. We got to Baylor and was told she didn’t have any infections at all but that her pace maker was dead. We have been here for a couple of days and she has almost made a 360 recovery. Kaufman Presbyterian is now currently getting sued for negligence and attempt murder, among other things. Do not go here unless you want your loved one to be left to die by so-called-doctors who like to play the role of God. I’m sorry for anyone who has experienced this horrible hospital. Go to BAYLOR!

You have to have heart to be in the medical field. These nurses don’t have it. You can definitely tell whose in it for the money and who has a passion for what they do. I do not trust this hospital with anybody I love. My experience here at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital is a terrible one. Never have I seen such heartless and neglectful set of individuals. My grandmother’s intestines were all twisted up and she was throwing up blood and couldn’t hardly talk or move. She could have died from it. They didn’t bother to test her or do any x rays or scans or anything they send my grandmother in serious pain back home and said she had constipation and prescribed her an oral laxative bottle. How can you prescribe her any oral medication when she cannot keep it down because she has N&V? Even I know that. This hospital is full of people who seem to have cheated their way through college and do not deserve the name on their degree. This hospital seems to be filled with lazy individuals who just want to get patients out the way so they can get their money. I can go on and on how terrible this hospital is as a whole. They had my grandmother sitting in dirty sheets because they were pumping bile out her stomach and one nurse was in a rush and some of that mess got on her sheets and she was just sitting in it all day until I visited and gotten it taken care of. Mind you my grandmother cannot move and can barely talk. I know there were nurses going in and out but not one of them got new sheets until I said something. My grandmother should have been out the hospital a long time ago you people just want to drag out her insurance so you can have your money. Well bravo 👏🏽 you got what you wanted but now you’ve waited so long and now she has an infection. She didn’t have an infection before she came here. I would like to speak to administration about these so called nurses and doctors. What a terrible and inconsiderate hospital. One nurse named Kelly said my grandmother was being difficult and was basically complaining about moving her to a bed. My grandmother is a sweet and cooperative person when it comes to hospitals. I’m just wondering how can she be difficult when she cannot hardly talk and cannot move on her own? This is what I mean by heartless and lazy. I have names of everyone who neglected my grandmother. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. My grandmother is having an exploratory surgery and I pray that at least the surgeons and anesthesiologists know what they are doing and don’t kill my grandmother she means the world to me. I feel they they should have done a sonogram and planned the surgery before they go digging in. I really don’t trust this hospital I’m in the waiting room at the moment and my nerves are really bad none of the people working made me feel comfortable

Hospital is very slow came in with chest pain 2 hours later still in waiting room and not been seen. Any other hospital would take you straight back with chest pain. Chest pain is a major problem
