Usually  our "roadkill" is piping hot and cooked like we ordered: medium and medium well. Both were  very overcooked. Still tasty but very well done. When waitress asked how it was, she put her hand on my shoulder  and I started  to say "ugh" as she immediately  went to another  table. When we finished she again asked  and she could see how well done the one was. (I had already finished mine). She offered to get us another one. But that offer came entirely  too late. Her name was Lauren.

This is probably the best Texas Roadhouse I’ve ever been to. Staff is great and food is always excellent. It comes out on time even when they’re super busy. Our host was so nice and he kept himself really well composed amidst all the chaos of customers. I wish I could remember his name so I could tell the manager to make sure they give him excellent recognition! Definitely recommend this place!

Called ahead for seating. Was told that they are not that busy and it is not necessary to Do call ahead seating . We were assign a number to ensure a table anyway.  When we arrived 20 minutes later  there was a line.  I gave her our information and we waited 30 minutes for a table. The music was a little loud but a great fun atmosphere . The food was  Perfect and my steak was cooked perfectly. The food arrived  on time . The food and the staff get my 5 stars .The call ahead seating gets 0 stars .I will definitely return but I will get a beer at the bar  to kill the wait.

Their caesar salad is one of the best around. Both my wife and I ordered prime rib cooked medium.  She ordered a 12 oz. And I ordered a 16 oz.  Hers came out a nice reddish-pink. My came out brown. When we questioned it the response from the server and the manager (Brooke) was that there are a limited number of each size cooked each way and they were out of 16oz cooked medium so they brought me a medium well-I actually think it was well done.  NOBODY communicated they were out of what I asked for and asked off I wanted something different and they didn't seem to care.  Their approach was unprofessional and thoughtless. If this is the norm, steps should be taken to change the attitude.... especially with the manager. She definitely seemed to lack the skills required in customer service. Stop making excuses and correct the mistake.

Food was nice and hot. Service was awesome. If you can try and make a reservation. Seems its always busy. That's a great thing cause the food is yummy
