It's mediocre every time I come here. The hostesses are rude and disinterested. The servers are slow. And the food is, at best, okay. The cheesecake is good, but why pay the 50 to 60 bucks for two people to eat if all you want is dessert? There are plenty of other dessert options around.

Open restaurant, with a full staff, on a slow Thursday evening and plenty of opened seats. WHY WOULD THEY PUT 3 LARGE BIRTHDAY PARTIES ALL IN THE SAME PLACE? We were sat at a DIRTY TABLE. The DIM LIGHTS were super low which annoyed us. The SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLY SLOW and some of our guests WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR FOOD after they all ordered together.  Our soft drinks were brought to us with OPENED STRAWS and in CUPS THAT WERE SMELLY & SUPER GREASY. The UPSTAIRS BARTENDER WAS UNSKILLED glasses were clean DRINKS WERE WEAK AND OUR TOP SHELF TASTED WATERED DOWN.The only good thing is THE FOOD WAS GOOD...ONCE IT ACTUALLY ARRIVED. The staff seemed really irritated by the management and lacked teamwork. They begrudgingly helped the customers, but they really were reluctant to do the work of their apparently outcaste crew member. NEVER.. GOING.. BACK!!!

OK....so let me begin.  First impressions are everything.  The silverware on table was spotty.  I wouldn't necessarily say dirty but you can tell it had been through the dishwasher.  Our waiter took our order and instead of going to put it in she went to another table to take orders which delayed our order.  So, our food arrives.  It looks presentable and it taste good.  Fast forward and I have to go to the restroom.  Ugh😐!  Terrible!  Pampers on the floor, toilet tissue everywhere.  I wish I knew how to post this picture I told to show you.  This made my stomach turn!  Hopefully management will channel staff to clean and make sure restaurant is presentable at all times and in all areas!

of my friends and I  were racially profiled by The Cheesecake Factory in DC by the Manager Paul on Saturday night, March 3, 2018. We came to celebrate In remembrance of 2 close friends who died in a fatal car crash last March and the one who survived (who was present at the time). Our food was cold, so they asked if they could warm the food up and the Manager says "coming to Cheesecake Factory is optional". Then, he withheld their check for 30 minutes and called the police, hoping they were going to leave and not pay.  Then, they had the police come in to the restaurant and make us pay for cold food that we didn't even eat. It feels like he was strong-armed by the Cheesecake Factory. There was no need to call the police. But, I guess he feared 5 black young men in his restaurant who were sitting waiting on their food. I am highly disappointed in the Cheesecake Factory. I & NOBODY IN MY FAMILY/ FRIENDS WILL EVER EAT HERE AGAIN! #THISCANTBELIFE #WEHAVETODOBETTER. 1 Star is too much of a good rating for this place where is the option for Blatant Racism

Most of my visits to this Cheesecake Factory are fueled by a desire for one of their tasty specialities which for many years (almost 20) was the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. Occasionally, I would try something new on the menu which never disappointed. I like the fried shrimp, Chicken Madeira, Chicken Marsala, and sometimes, Jamaican Shrimp. The lines are no longer unbearable. Always the cheesecakes for dessert, no longer eaten in one sitting remain the best treat of the factory.
