I recently purchased a set of arch supports becaues of pain in my heels and my knees.
The first pair I got was a tad to aggressive.
Rick Brock worked with me to get me the right 
supports. My arch is still a little tender from getting it's arch back, but my heels and knees are feeling great.

I have flat feet and stand on concrete for 12+ hours a day for my job.  I have been wearing the 3 insert system for the last week and my feet are now in more pain then they were in when I went into the Good Feet store. Every step I take is now filled with excruciating pain.   I was planning on going  back into the store tomorrow to ask for store credit or my money back.  But, after reading all these reviews it seems that would be a total waste of time.  I feel so stupid and foolish for spending almost $1200 to just feel worse.  Please don't make the same mistake I did.  When you are in pain you just want the medicine to make the pain go away.  That is what the Good Feet store preys on.  And they know they don't offer anything that truly helps.  If they did they would stand behind their product and their process and accept returns when their product fails the consumer.

I am partially disabled in my right leg.  Without  the Good Feet inserts I would not still be walking or working.  I would highly recommend  these inserts to anyone who  had problems with their feet legs or knees.  Thanks Rick Brock- you are my Hero!

After hearing how well my parents feet felt after purchasing their inserts from the Home & Garden show, I decided to go into the store. The salesman, Rick Brock, was so helpful and found my right fit. Overall, I am satisfied with my inserts because within the first week, I noticed less back, hip, and feet pain. I just wish they weren't so expensive so I could buy more!
