Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible service from a manager that this location. I see a pair of exclusive shoes I really wanted. When the shoes came out to me there was a black mark on the front of the shoe. First off the manager acted like he couldn't see it then went on to tell me he can't do anything, if I don't buy them someone else will and shrugged his shoulder. He didn't empathize that I was going to have to pay $130 for a "brand new" pair of shoes that were already damaged. Unbelievably terrible service on his part. As I'm leaving I talked with another manager because I was still upset and he told me they are able to help customers with situations like this and ended up taking care of the problem. HE is the only reason I'd think about shopping here again.

This is a great place to buy amazing shoes and also you can buy shorts, shirts, pants, socks and also backpacks so this place is a great place to buy everything

Stood around for 20 minutes while the associates asked everyone in the store except me if they needed assistance. A few of the people they helped left the stote without a purchase. I was looking to spend $200 to replace my Glycerin 11s that day as I'm a serious runner. Guess I didn't look like a big enough douchebag, because thats who they were helping.
