I love this Home Depot. People are friendly & helpful. I find it very easy to find what we need & the prices are affordable. It's also neat & orderly. Even pick up cleaning products do to good pricing.

I worked for this store for 3 years and from my experience I saw customers who complained about how they can't get the help or associates don't have the experience to help them. We can't do anything as our managements didn't teach us everything from all departments, although we try our best to help customers. Some customers they need to remain patience because nothing can be done right way, I mean if you go and see a doctor he or she would ask you to wait until they are able to see you. I believe home depot needs to teach all of their part-time associates more about their store products and train them 1 month each on each departments as they gain more experiences. Trust me, if you have someone to work 1 or 2 days in 1 department they would not learn everything in a week as it takes time to learn and be able to understand. 1 of the famous excuse I heard from some customers "I was here for 15 minutes and no one is there to help me". It is not true for everyone because some customers they like to say things like that in order to get the help they need. Overall I liked working for this store, however if they make some changes it would make them even better. Trust Me.

Went to check out and saw that there were many people in the self-checkout area, so I looked over to see if any cashiers were available. I then walked over to a cashier who had their light on, indicating that the register was open, and she told me she couldn’t help me with an attitude. I then told her that she should turn her light off, since it was misleading customers. I headed back over to the self-checkout area and the monitor had a message saying I had to wait for the attendant, before I had even scanned anything. The attendant then kept yelling out “excuse me, excuse me, hold on,” also with an attitude. I looked back over to the cashier I had previously tried to check out with and she was taking care of customers, who unlike me, were Caucasian. Horrible experience with racist employees. Prefer to travel further to another location than to visit this conveniently close location and be marginalized.

What I believe is the quickest way to get through the store is to order online for store pickup. It's fast easy and saves you time and energy searching the store for what you want.

Ridiculous. I've been standing in the hardware department waiting for "Steve" as he "helps" everyone else and keeps saying he is to busy and running away. It's been half an hour. When I ask someone else for help they say I have to ask him. Hire more people than Steve, or at least, hire a friendlier version of him that likes his job.
